  1. This Chardonnay is a collaboration between Prophet’s Rock winemaker Paul Pujol and esteemed French winemaker François Millet from Chambolle-Musigny, Burgundy. Former winemaker at Comte George de Vogüé for 35 vintages, François continues to make wine in Burgundy with his family under ‘François Millet et Fils’ and with us in New Zealand.
    $89.95 Bottle
  2. Château de Beaucastel has long been regarded as one of the greatest wines in France. It is notorious for its elegance, balance and ageing potential. Beaucastel has an exceptional terroir at the Northern limit of Châteauneuf du Pape, exposed to the Mistral wind. All thirteen varieties of the appellation have been organically grown since the sixties.
    $209.95 Bottle
  3. Vibrant in colour – a touch more than usual due to the warm year. Lovely florals and lemon grass aromas. Mouth filling flavours of pear and lemon pith balancing the zesty acid backbone. A classic Hunter Valley Semillon to enjoy now or age gracefully.
    $29.95 Bottle
  4. Deep garnet hue with bright fruit aromas of blackberry, cherry, and plum with toasted almond, coffee, and cedar. Fresh berry and cherry on the palate with nutmeg, mushroom, and earthy loam. A fresh and lively palate with fine tannins that build in the mouth with a long, vibrant finish.
    $69.95 Bottle
  5. Fine bright perlage and light rosé colour. Delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes that remind of peach, green apple and lemon. Floral notes of acacia and rose. Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body. Round and full bodied structure.
    $22.95 Bottle
  6. Reid + Reid Dry Vermouth features 13 botanicals including; wormwood, coriander, manuka, kawakawa, horopito, orange, lemon thyme, cassia, juniper, nutmeg, fennel, angelica root and liquorice root.
    $37.95 Bottle
  7. This is a traditional vermouth recommended for mixing in old-fashioned and modern drinks. Not containing juniper, angelica and other classic spices of gin, it combines very well with a classic London Dry Gin. It works in great harmony with bourbon or rye whiskey giving sweet, warm and herbaceous tones: and also with brandy, since this is also wine-based, or with herbaceous liqueurs, and finally with traditional amaro liqueurs.
    $52.95 Bottle
  8. This fresh crisp white from Sardinia pairs perfectly with shellfish, as the label might suggest! Easy drinking and delicately fruity with aromas of aromatic herbs and a wonderfully refreshing crisp finish.
    $19.95 Bottle
  9. Blending of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon ensures the great Australian red wine style of the 1950’s and 60’s is not lost. Dry-grown vineyards reflected the season with light crops and small berries. Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz concentrated with super intense, vibrant colour.
    $49.95 Bottle
  10. Going far beyond rare vintages, Grand Siècle is the blending of three outstanding years declared as vintages by Laurent-Perrier and chosen for their complementary traits.
    $339.95 Bottle
  11. Kupe is made entirely from the home block first planted in 1999 and situated on Te Muna Road. The alluvial gravels on the Martinborough Terrace provide a distinctive character that sets a benchmark for New Zealand Pinot Noir
    $109.95 Bottle
  12. During its history, Cocchi has produced some variants to its Aperitivo Americano. The most recent is Cocchi Rosa produced with a base of red wines of Piedmont to which herbs and spices extracts are added, in particular gentian, cinchona, citrus zests and rose petals.
    $50.95 Bottle
