The fruit for this wine was from Dicey's Inlet and Mount Edward's Muirkurk vineyards. Hand harvested, 40% whole bunches, just a short maceration to keep the tannins at bay, wild-fermented and matured in aged French oak barriques. Fruity and floral nose, juicy and plush palate.
