  1. Spicy, rich, dark, and preeeety easy to drink. Just how we like our new world wines to behave. Great value.
    $18.95 Each
  2. The Rabbit Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from thier vineyards in the South Island of New Zealand and the Central Otago Rabbit Ranch home block. A cool climate, elegant yet assertive style Sauvignon Blanc, left on the lees for approx 3 months to tone down some of the overt grassy, grapefruit notes and giving a lovely textural boost to the wine.
    $17.95 Bottle
  3. Lively, dry and vibrant with hints of passionfruit and citrus zest. Otherwise known as ‘the one that wins all the awards’. Pairs well with any fish dishes, particularly salmon. Works a treat with cream sauces too! And perfectly happy with an antipasto platter.
    $6.95 Can
  4. This is the level where Zin really gets interesting. The usual blast of fruit disarms your tongue before savoury, rich cacao notes and a wall of indiscernable compact flavour hit you hard
    $29.95 Bottle
  5. A deep ruby colour. An aroma of good intensity and complexity with balsamic notes of resin and rock rose, floral notes of basil, splashes of red and black fruits, and spicy tones of black pepper. On the palate, this wine has good volume, a lively acidity and robust tannins, alongside prominent notes of red and black fruit, and black pepper. It has an incredibly balanced finish.
    $61.95 Bottle
  6. Dow’s Fine Tawny is a three-year-old blend aged in small oak casks at our lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia. The barrel ageing produces a smoother and lighter style of wine than the Dow’s Ruby which is aged primarily in large oak vats and tonels. Dow’s Tawny combines subtle fruit with delicious velvety nutty flavours derived from the cask ageing. It is ready to drink and enjoy when bottled and does not require further ageing.

  7. Lusciously ripe, vibrant fruit of youth and lovely tannins, which give it the slightly peppery spice on the tongue. But it also has the elegance of age: the softness and smoothness that can only be achieved by slow ageing in old oak barrels. That’s what puts the Special in Special Reserve.
    $42.95 Bottle
  8. Perfumed with lovely aromatics, there is a range of complexed fruit notes of darker berryfruit, some spice, savoury tones and dried herbs. Produced organically.
    $42.95 Each
  9. This is a traditional vermouth recommended for mixing in old-fashioned and modern drinks. Not containing juniper, angelica and other classic spices of gin, it combines very well with a classic London Dry Gin. It works in great harmony with bourbon or rye whiskey giving sweet, warm and herbaceous tones: and also with brandy, since this is also wine-based, or with herbaceous liqueurs, and finally with traditional amaro liqueurs.
    $56.95 Bottle
  10. Hints of yellow fruits, floral tones and a pleasant note of beeswax on the nose. Everything white Burgundy should be - rich and enveloping, yet so elegant and refined!
    $89.95 Bottle
  11. So fine! Rich, ripe stone fruits, balanced with pronounced minerality/oyster shell note, and harmonious oak. Hard to resist now, but great ageing potential too.
    $79.95 Bottle
  12. The new boy on the block, under the close eye of his famed uncle Jean-Marc Burgaud. A great candidate to be your ‘house wine’ but consider it for grander occasions too.
    $26.95 Bottle
