  1. You will not tell this wine apart from an $80+ claret. The structured, layer palate is strewn with subtleties, bringing both complexity and harmony.
    $49.95 Bottle
  2. These wines began their life as Manzanillas and then the flor was allowed to die away so they continued their maturation with exposure to the air in the barrel. Therefore the wine has a deep topaz colour with roasted almond character yet retains the characteristic tangy flavour of Manzanilla. This wine has been slightly sweetened with Pedro Ximenez to give it a raisined edge. This wine has a beautiful amber colour, a rich hazelnut nose and hints of flor ageing. On the palate it is rich and full with roast apple, nutty-oak and a long finish.
    $31.95 Bottle
  3. Deep-fruited, dark cherry, strawberry and mineral laden (graphite/ferrous) palate with a lovely savoury lick of supple fine-grain tannin. Gentle refreshing acidity gives great line and drives the brooding and delicious fruit through to a lingering finish.
    $23.95 Bottle
  4. The wine is deep ruby in colour. Its abundant aromas suggest blackberries, dark plums, cassis and mocha, with underlying hints of vanilla, spice, cigar box and game.
    $37.95 Bottle
  5. Deep ruby red in clolour. Intensely fruity with a liquorice finish. An elegant wine with a full mouth.
    $36.95 Bottle
  6. An lovely Malbec from Mendoza that over delivers on its quality compared to its price. Dark, full bodied with a slightly dark chocolate flavour, rich and concentrated. Beautiful with a grilled steak or any grilled meats.
    $13.95 Bottle
  7. Q Malbec is a powerful dark red and full-bodied wine packed with fruit. Q Malbec has notes of dark plums, dark cherries, violet and dark chocolate.
    $15.95 Bottle
  8. A rich, luscious wine with intense and complex flavours derived from the Noble Botrytis. The palate has decadent sweetness without being heavy, and balanced acidity gives it freshness through the long finish.
    $23.95 Each
  9. Coddington is the most approachable in its youth. The subtle characteristics of the estate Chardonnay are amplified here, but kept in check with a line of acidity that keeps this very moreish wine lightweight and balletic.
    $72.95 Bottle
  10. The Knappstein Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of juicy blackcurrants, dark chocolate and mint, accented by savoury notes of tobacco leaf. The palate is elegantly structured with classic flavours of chocolate and bay leaf, flowing through to ripe blackberries and fresh thyme to finish.
    $24.95 Bottle
  11. Probably the best cheap NZ Pinot Gris on the market. A bit drier with some flavoursome tannins, it drinks well with oily fish and finishes clean.
    $13.95 Each
  12. Light yellow with light reflections of good intensity. The nose is marked, pleasant and intense. Fresh scents: citrus fruits (yuzu zest, clementine, lemon), exotic fruits (pineapple) and spices (ginger). Airing enhances these scents and reveals white peach, apricot and a slight hint of smokiness, such as a pencil lead. The nose shows a sophisticated ripe and tonic profile.
    $40.95 Bottle
