  2. The palate mimics the nose, with a mineral focus and a tight acidity. This keeps the mouthfeel elongated, narrow and salivating.
    $79.95 Bottle
  3. Single Vineyard Albarino from the Hope Block on the Waimea plains. White peach, ripe nectarine and apricot notes linger into a long vibrant, saline finish. Lip-smacking!
    $19.95 Each
  4. Intense purple ruby core with vivid purple rim. The nose displays the ripe strawberry and blackcurrant fruitiness and resiny notes of rock rose and eucalyptus that are the essence of the Croft Vintage Port style. The palate opens with a surge of rich berry fruit flavour and is supported by a dense mesh of close-knit tannins. Although the wine displays some of the plump, rubenesque character of prior Croft vintages, the accent here is on symmetry and finesse. The characteristically exuberant fruit and heady herbal aromas are carefully modulated and the wine is classical in its proportions. An elegant and aromatic Vintage Port, perfectly poised between opulence and restraint.
    $69.95 Each
  5. The Rabbit Ranch Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc from thier vineyards in the South Island of New Zealand and the Central Otago Rabbit Ranch home block. A cool climate, elegant yet assertive style Sauvignon Blanc, left on the lees for approx 3 months to tone down some of the overt grassy, grapefruit notes and giving a lovely textural boost to the wine.

  6. Our latest edition of Cloudwalker continues with the same single site on the stony fringe of the Dry River. This year we've eased back on extraction slightly settling for just 2 weeks of soaking with skins and seeds. Aromatically apricot and fresh lemon blossom and dried orange peel, the palate of this wine shows a firm spine of gently bitter phenolics that linger like chalk, sap and spice - expect the wine to really sing over the next 3 years.
    $39.95 Bottle
  7. Fresh, dry, with a powerful depth that makes this the perfect partner to seafood and tapas. Drink this well chilled and don't let it gather dust at the back of the drinks cabinet - these fresh zippy flavours will dull with time. Amazing value, and if you like this, you should try it's bigger brother Tio Pepe!
    $26.95 Bottle
  8. The archetype of an excellent Marlborough sauvignon blanc: vibrant and intense, but with sophisticated fruit characters.
    $24.95 Bottle
  9. Fresh peach, ripe pink grapefruit, vanilla, dried fig and aromatic spice. The palate is elegant and complex with stone fruit, a hint of orange, toasted hazelnut and a toffee note. Ten months maturation on lees in French oak barrels has created a rich creaminess and fine tannin structure.
    $29.95 Bottle
  10. Ripe and juicy red fruits with medium tannins and a lingering finish make this Barossa Shiraz a great partner for roast beef or venison dishes.
    $17.95 Bottle
  11. A gently rich, rounded Chardonnay, from a fantastic vintage, predominantly grown on a warmer inland vineyard, showing ripe peach with creamy texture and balancing citrus freshness.
    $59.95 Each
  12. Not just a pretty label, this rich developed well made tempranillo has a lot of nice ripe fruit with a silky earthy underbelly and plenty of vanilla inducing oak.
