Very expressive, with the marked typicality of the RODA style. Ripe red fruit, along the lines of cherries. The nose is very pleasant, comfortable and very clean. There are some black notes and nuances of spices. The fruit stands out overall, resting on a limestone mineral base. When tasting it, flashes of freshness jump out. It is of medium volume, but with a very good presence in the mouth. Very tasty, with a very pleasant fruity sensation, combining sweetness and highlighting freshness, the cherry leading the whole. Dow’s Fine White is made primarily at our Quinta do Sol winery. Only traditional white grape varieties from the Douro valley are used. Dow’s Fine White was 100% fermented off the skins and using temperature control so that fermentation takes place between 18-22ºc.
