  1. The Treppchen Kabinett always stands out as a young wine, with its precocious red fruits and dense minerality from the red slate soil. This wine benefits greatly from a few years in the bottle.
    $36.95 Bottle
  2. Flinty, stony aromas stand out while in the background is a hard spice note from surlee barrel aging. There are notes of lemon-lime and soft vanilla. With the first taste it is irresistible.

  3. Fantastic value from the pioneers of Viognier in Australia. We describe the flavours as a cross of Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer.
    $11.95 Bottle
  4. A wine that really does offer something for a large array of individuals, from someone purely interested in a nice drink to those seeking to explore the nuances of these “alternate” varieties.
    $21.95 Bottle
  5. RWT Barossa Valley Shiraz presents an admirable alternative to the multi-regional sourcing and American oak maturation that are hallmarks of Grange, expressing instead, single region Barossa Valley shiraz matured only in French oak. The initials RWT stand for ‘Red Winemaking Trial’, the name given to the project internally when developmental work began in 1995. Naturally, now no longer a ‘Trial’, RWT Shiraz was launched in May 2000 with the 1997 vintage. Its style is opulent and fleshy, contrasting with Grange, which is more muscular and assertive. RWT is made from fruit primarily selected for its aromatic qualities and lush texture. The result is a wine that helps to redefine Barossa shiraz at the highest quality level.

  6. A moreish Barossa Shiraz that is full-bodied and fleshy. Deep, brooding with aromas of dark fruits, red spices, anise and ripe cherries, the palate flows with even texture towards a soft finish.
    $19.95 Bottle
  7. Perfectly ripe black plum and forest berry compote, with hints of pepper, spice, and a touch of sweet-cured meat on the nose. The palate is coiled and purposeful on entry and feels like it wants to explode. With a satin flow, a bright core of berry fruits and hints of spicy oak, this a very moreish wine.
    $22.95 Each
  8. De Bortoli Noble One

And the fusion of sweetness, spice and deft acidity add even more layers of seductiveness to the impressive wine.
    $34.95 Bottle

  11. 40% of this wine was fermented in old French barrels, not for the oak, but for the form of the vessel itself. Mouthfeel is gained here by high lees to wine contact and a more efficient natural lees stirring across unhurried wild ferments.
    $39.95 Each
  12. Wow. Explosive flavour, perfect balance between the minerality, fruit and acidity and a gorgeous lick of sweetness to satisfy all who taste.
