  1. Petit Chablis comes from the outlying areas of the Chablis appelation. Predominantly clay soils, unlike the chalky limestone of the vineyards in Chablis. This William Fevre Petit Chablis is fresh, fruity and floral with mineral notes. A light and lively wine.
    $41.95 Bottle
  2. Floral, waxy and broad on the palate with some nice flavourful tannins on the end and a full, robust finish. Produced organically.
    $29.95 Bottle

  4. The vineyard where Will and Kate chose to visit and one of the emerging giants of the NZ wine trade. Well-made, characterful wines offering good value for money 'year to year'.

  5. Waxy honeydew and citrus on the nose, with light florals and a slightly autolytic/bready quality. Impeccably balanced on the palate, showing Takahiro Koyama’s influence from his time working in the Mosel in Germany, with a precisely-judged acid line cutting through the white-fleshed fruit character. A delicate, subtly off-dry expression with length and depth. Good drinking now, and will cellar well for 5 years. From vines planted in 2004 on gravelley and sandy soil. After being carefully hand harvested from a Gravel Soil vineyard in Waipara Valley, grapes were gently pressed and slowly fermented at low temperature to preserve the sweet, distinctive, precious aroma of Riesling.
    $34.95 Each
  6. Very intense, lively aromas of orange blossom, lime and crisp green apple, with jasmine floral notes. Beautifully structured wine, with great balance and acidity. Citrus fruits continue through the palate, with a hint of oyster shell, and a beautiful textured and lingering finish. While drinking superbly on release, this wine will continue to improve and evolve for years to come.
    $37.95 Bottle
  7. This aromatic, concentrated wine retains remarkable freshness and balance through the drying process. This balance of concentration and acidity make it a wonderful food match with a wide range of cheeses, pâtés, and desserts. Drinking well in its youth, this wine will also cellar for an extremely long time.
    $61.95 Bottle
  8. Tropical fruit notes dominate the bouquet with lychee, passionfruit and pineapple, plus hints of rose.
