Along the way, they accidentally stumbled onto a way to make hard seltzer, now known as Dirty Water, when they were trialing an osmosis process. Tiny is fermented using a quasi-yeast that produces no alcohol as a by-product, like normal yeast would. In order to be classified as 0%, you need to be under 0.5% abv in reality - it's tight!
