Our latest edition of Cloudwalker continues with the same single site on the stony fringe of the Dry River. This year we've eased back on extraction slightly settling for just 2 weeks of soaking with skins and seeds. Aromatically apricot and fresh lemon blossom and dried orange peel, the palate of this wine shows a firm spine of gently bitter phenolics that linger like chalk, sap and spice - expect the wine to really sing over the next 3 years.
