  1. This wine shows why our Southern Valleys vineyards are so special. Everything we’d hoped for and showing all the traditional Albariño elements, plus that extra fruit lift of New Zealand to keep it interesting. Vibrant acidity, white peach, winter cole pear, apricots and quince, with an orange zest undertone. It’s full and textural, yet refreshing and nicely balanced, with drying minerality to finish.
    $26.95 Bottle
  2. The light, sandy soil brings freshness to the vines and guarantees them optimum ripeness. The 20-year-old vines have a low yield, thus ensuring a beautiful concentration of aromas.
    $20.95 Bottle
  3. These wines began their life as Manzanillas and then the flor was allowed to die away so they continued their maturation with exposure to the air in the barrel. Therefore the wine has a deep topaz colour with roasted almond character yet retains the characteristic tangy flavour of Manzanilla. This wine has been slightly sweetened with Pedro Ximenez to give it a raisined edge. This wine has a beautiful amber colour, a rich hazelnut nose and hints of flor ageing. On the palate it is rich and full with roast apple, nutty-oak and a long finish.

  4. Pinotage is pinot noir crossed with cinsault. The South Africans have discovered that when you give the wine a good blast of oak, a cocao flavour emerges from the silky fruit!

  5. Lively, dry and vibrant with hints of passionfruit and citrus zest. Otherwise known as ‘the one that wins all the awards’. Pairs well with any fish dishes, particularly salmon. Works a treat with cream sauces too! And perfectly happy with an antipasto platter.
