  1. Head in the Clouds is Alpine Wine Co.'s 'Nouveau' style Pinot Noir, so named for its similarity to Beaujolais Nouveau. The fruit for this wine was from Dicey's Inlet and Mount Edward's Muirkurk vineyards. Hand harvested, 40% whole bunches, just a short maceration to keep the tannins at bay, wild-fermented and matured in aged French oak barriques. Fruity and floral nose, juicy and plush palate. Serve chilled for maximum refreshment!
