  1. Dark mahogany color with iodine reflections. Clean and intense, typical of the variety. Aromas of raisins and ripe fruits.
    $49.95 Bottle
  2. Apostoles is dark amber in colour. It is an interesting wine with an elegant and delicate nose similar to an Amontillado with notes of concentrated fruits. However complex and intense on the palate with notes of caramel, mature wood, nuts and candied orange peel.
    $79.95 Bottle
  3. Matusalem after 30 years in cask has acquired an intense mahogany colour with profound aromas of dried fruits, raisins, spices and mature wood, as well as leather and cocoa. On the palate smooth and sweet, long and velvety. Matusalem has an interesting bitter sweet finish due to its mix of the sweet Pedro Ximénez and bitter tannins from the oak.
    $71.95 Bottle
  4. This rich sweet style is easy to drink (maybe too easy!) with lovely nutty depth and a creamy finish. More popular outside of Spain - especially in the UK. The Sweetness is added after the fermentation, in the form of sweet PX grape must.
    $26.95 Bottle
  5. This is effectively a blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherries with an average Solera age of about 8 years. The result is a rich and sweet but not cloying dessert wine. You could try this chilled or even over ice as an aperitif.
    $31.95 Bottle
  6. This dry Amontillado acquires a genuine, rich and nutty flavour through years of ageing. Amber in colour, with hazelnut aromas on the nose. Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste.
    $24.95 Bottle
  7. Pale straw colour, dry, light and smooth. This Fino is laced with scents of the sea and profound flor aromas. Clean and fresh, with a slight taste of tangy yeast.
    $25.95 Bottle
  8. Olorosos are Sherries that have aged in the absence of flor and are rich and full. A beautiful golden brown colour with a toffee and caramel nose. Deliciously smooth with toffee, pecan and vanilla flavours and a bone dry finish
    $31.95 Bottle
  9. Bone dry with crisp nutty green apple, this Manzanilla (pronounced man-than-ee-ya) is best served the way the Spanish have it: well chilled with some manchego cheese, cured meats and fresh anchovies.
    $32.95 Bottle
  10. Barbadillo's Finos are more Manzanilla-like in style, but are aged in Bodegas with less exposure to the cooling sea breezes. The flor in the barrels grows vigorously in these cellars so the wine is a little more nutty and toasty than the more appley and yeasty Manzanillas of Sanlucar.
    $29.50 Bottle
  11. Barbadillo is the largest producer of Manzanilla in the whole of the Jerez region. This dry, fino style sherry is from the coastal region of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, lending a slightly salty twist.
    $32.95 Bottle
  12. Dark gold in colour, with aromas of dried fruits and pipe tobacco. Very concentrated, with a powerful intensity on the palate and a slightly sweet finish, found in the oldest soleras of Oloroso sherries.
    $59.95 Bottle
