Terra Sancta Aperitivo Botanical
From wild and beautiful Central Otago, comes New Zealand’s first artisanal wine-based botanical Aperitivo. Created by Terra Sancta’s resident Witch, Seer and Alchemist, it is made from the botanicals that surround our Bannockburn vineyards. “Aperitivo” stems from the Latin word Aperire meaning “to open”. Designed to be consumed at the start of either lunch or dinner as an Aperitivo, it will open you digestively and socially all whilst providing a portal - an opening - into our special part of the world - Terra Sancta in Bannockburn, Central Otago.
Pinot Gris wine base combined with a secret blend of 16 botanical sourced by Terra Sancta including Kanuka, Horopito, Rosehip, Elderberry, Yarrow, Thyme, Sage, Hawthorne & Artichoke.
Energy. Intensity. Vibrancy. Brilliant red. Captivating perfume. Fresh strawberries, elderberries, brambles. Herbal notes. Thyme, sage, wormwood. Spicy horopito, tangy citrus. Perfect balance. Gentle bitterness. Ambrosian finish. Persists. Delicious.
Terra Sancta Estate
A truly exciting wine. Handpicked from the same blocks that produce our rare single block wines (Slapjack Block, Jackson's Block, Shingle Beach) as well from a few other select vines on the estate, this is the truest expression of the soul of the vineyard. The fragrance is direct from the lavender and thyme that ribbon the vineyard. The flavours are luxurious dark cherries, fresh raspberries, and first picked plums, the finish long and silky. Drink, or cellar.
Located on Felton Road, this small vineyard sits on some pretty 'sacred earth' for Pinot lovers, the schist gravel terror of the Bannockburn region has been producing some world-beating wines of late, and Terra Sancta are producing some lovely examples.

Q: I’ve seen a product in store but can’t find it on your website. How can I order it?
If there's something you are after that isn't yet available here on our website, contact us and we'll see what we can do. If it’s something we have in stock and can send by courier, we will do our very best to make it available on our website.
Q: Why is there a minimum order quantity for some products?
Some of our products – such as beer and grocery items – can be bought individually in store, but we can only courier them in set quantities (such as boxes, cases or cartons). It is often quite a lot cheaper to buy in these quantities, which is why we show both the individual and bulk prices on the product pages. It’s always nice to know what you’re saving!
