The definition of ‘alcohol-free’ varies from country to country - New Zealand defines this as less than 0.5% Alcohol by Volume (ABV).

Gone are the days when non-alcoholic beer meant ‘bitter fizzy water’. The best brewers use a process to remove the alcohol at the end of the production process, which means there’s none of the taste sacrifice that comes from watering down or yeast-free brewing .The new generations of alcohol-free beer taste so good that they are the perfect session drink, great for after work when you still need to drive or cycle home.

  1. Citra and Mosaic hops combine to create a refreshingly crisp, flavour-driven light pilsner. With subtle lime and lemongrass notes, it’s the ideal brew for kicking back on long sunny days.
    $20.95 6 Pack
  2. At 2.5% alcohol, this full-flavoured session India Pale Ale serves up massive hoppy notes and malty character at a lower octane - for a smooth rider with flavour cranked all the way up.

  3. Don’t be deceived, sometimes things are not what they seem. The modest strength on the can belies the flavour within. A complex selection of malts and generous dose of Sauvin and Simcoe hops create a light but satisfying beer that punches well above its weight. A true sheep in wolf’s clothing.

  5. Pete + the brew team have been trying to create a 0% beer for a long time - years. Along the way, they accidentally stumbled onto a way to make hard seltzer, now known as Dirty Water, when they were trialing an osmosis process. Tiny is fermented using a quasi-yeast that produces no alcohol as a by-product, like normal yeast would. In order to be classified as 0%, you need to be under 0.5% abv in reality - it's tight!
    $19.95 Pack
