  1. Forecast Cider is brewed in small batches using freshly pressed juice from New Zealand cider and heritage apples, selected for their flavour profiles. After initial fermentation the cider is left to mature for several months. The still cider is bottled with a measure of fresh juice and undergoes secondary fermentation to produce fine bubbles. As few residual sugars are left and no refined sugar is added, this produces a crisp, dry cider.
    $7.95 Bottle
  2. Coopers Pale Ale

    375ml 12 pack

Coopers Pale Ale is simple, tasty, and very drinkable.
    $30.95 Dozen
  3. Simple and satisfying cider is what the French do well, and the Loic Raison Brut is a great example of an easy-drinking cider.
    $10.95 Bottle
  4. Ferret comes from the Latin word for ‘little thief’. When they’re about, you can be sure trouble’s brewing. Dark crystal malt delivers a full-bodied biscuity taste, rounded off with a subtle floral and lemon hop aroma.
    $8.75 Bottle
  5. Crisp apples from the Hawke’s Bay provide both the clouds & the silver lining in this refreshing cider from Mac’s. This is a classically cloudy traditional style cider, smooth upfront with a fresh, slightly tangy finish. Fresh from the fridge, it’s so crisp you could take a bite out of it.

  10. XPA means Extra Pale, a product of Quickchange's lighter malt base. That delicate colour though is undercut by a glorious hit of alpha oils from Mosaic, Galaxy and Citra hops. Sometimes you don't want your mouth flayed raw and your liver worked to a standstill. Sometimes a few luscious notes of mango, guava, lychee and pineapple can be just the thing.
    $39.95 Dozen
  11. At 2.5% alcohol, this full-flavoured session India Pale Ale serves up massive hoppy notes and malty character at a lower octane - for a smooth rider with flavour cranked all the way up.
    $13.50 Pack
  12. Richard Emerson's 'Bookbinder' is his take on British Bitter. Soft and malty, with an authentic creamy head, this is just the thing to drink with a meat pie and chips.
