    180ml 10 pack

Yuzu, found during the cooler months in Northern Asia, particularly Japan, is an aromatic sweet citrus fruit with distinct zesty flavour, often described as a hybrid between a mandarin and a Meyer lemon. Introduced to South East Asia at the turn of the last century, it brought a unique and exceptional citrus brightness and was soon embraced by the more discerning cocktail drinker. Based on our 1903 recipe, Yuzu Tonic is the perfect way to bring a touch of the exotic to any mixed drink.

  9. This tonic water has been created with a bold distinctive taste to recreate the century old tradition of Long Pink Gins made famous at the Pegu Club in Rangoon, Burma. Simply add two to four dashes of bitters to a long G&T.
  10. This tonic is made by taking the South East Asian Pomelo, which delivers a deep rich orange note and carefully blended this with Ruby Red Grapefruit, resulting in a tonic which delivers the ultimate citrus balance.
  11. The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew embodies over 250 years of exploration, discovery and the pioneering spirit. Kew played an important role in the story of quinine, transporting cinchona tree seedlings from South America to India. This use of this vital medicinal plant eventually led to the greatest cocktail of all time, the humble G&T.
