We've had a thing for yuzu for a while now, and with three limited-edition trial runs under our belts, we're ready to launch the newest member of our core range: a stand-alone, honed and perfected Fresh Yuzu Gin. A bright, aromatic and (yes) fresh dry gin made with locally-grown yuzu and inspired by our adventures making gin with Japanese friends.

  2. plump and juicy new season strawberries from Lewis Farms, a Horowhenua property farmed by the Lewis family since 1934. A punnet of strawberries per litre are macerated in a citrus-forward gin crafted just for the occasion. It’s summer in a bottle with a strawberry/citrus aroma, warm spice and a bright and sweet fruit finish.

  3. We hunted down some of New Zealand's best citrus from Kerikeri. Freshly picked, we even infused a little rhubarb too. The gin is very refreshing and bright, cloudy from the citrus oils, we used a mix of pre and post distillation infusion. The colour is like a beautiful sunset and is sitting at 41.08% ABV.

  4. KI NO TEA is a product created in collaboration with tea-grower and blender Hori-Shichimeien, founded in the Meiji era in 1879 and based in the famous Uji region to the south of Kyoto city. A number of super-premium Uji teas have been specially selected to form the heart of KI NO TEA.
  5. This Damson Plum & Blackberry Gin Liqueur is inspired by an old English sloe gin recipe using New Zealand grown autumn fruits.
  6. A playful floral blend combining the freshness of citrus and raspberries with sweet, spicy notes. Top notes of raspberry, citrus and juniper. Flowering lemon myrtle, lavender and lime bring lifted citrus and floral notes. Added after distillation, organic raspberries and hibiscus flowers give Posy a delicate pink hue and subtle sweetness. Serve long with tonic or soda.
  7. Smooth tones of Guajillo Chilli, steeped to bring out savoury, chocolatey tones and balanced with candied jalapeno heat for a spicy finish. This gin is all the good things of spice balanced by the freshness of juniper and citrus. Great for balancing out sweet mixers and as a way to spice up classic cocktails.

  8. Reikorangi triple distilled Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin. Distilled at the site of the original Tuatara Brewery on our very own Kapiti Coast. Mates Chris & Simon have spent 2 years perfecting their Gin.
  9. An incredibly rich, deep purple colour, which turns iridescent pink when mixed with tonic or soda. Aromatically it has fresh pine needles, citrus and spice, and a peppery, dense raspberry character. The palate is lovely and sweet with a long juniper finish
