  8. Briottet's Wild Strawberry Cream is the result of macerating several varieties of strawberries, and this gives rise to the liqueur's inimitable wild strawberry taste.
    $46.95 Bottle
  9. Using the most prestigious variety of blackcurrant -- the "Noir de Bourgogne" (black Burgundy, literally), which is only grown in the Côte d'Or, Burgundy. These blackcurrant berries are macerated in a water-alcohol solution for about 10 weeks in order that all of their aromas are extracted from them. The juice containing alcohol thus obtained is then known as an "infusion". The infusion is the basic ingredient in Crème de Cassis, to which is added white sugar.
    $46.95 Bottle
  10. A subtle mix of macerated green and red rhubarb confers upon our Rhubarb Liqueur its unique taste and its slightly pink colour. A powerful and generous nose, a round palate with a hint of acidity, and a charming finish.
    $44.95 Bottle
  11. Aperol aromatic aperitif has a unique flavour and colour achieved through a subtle blend of bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb and an array of herbs and roots - an unchanged secret recipe since 1919.
    $32.95 Bottle
  12. The Aperitivo Cappelletti, endearingly known to locals as just “Specialino”, may be the oldest style of the classic red bitter still in production. Unlike its larger commercial rivals, Cappelletti is less sweet and has a wonderful drying finish. This yields a Negroni or Spritz that is dry and refreshing in the finish. It is made just outside of Trento in Alto Adige by the Cappelletti family, who also produce a number of other exceptional aperitivi and Amari.
