  3. Nestled in the mountains of Sendai, Miyagikyo distillery is a softer, less peaty style in comparison to its sister distillery, Yoichi. This single malt is full of floral fruitiness balanced by a rich sherry cask influence.
    $109.95 Bottle
  4. The Glenlivet Captains Reserve is a combination of raisin-rich cognac and signature citrus notes married with the creamy smoothness of our one and only, The Glenlivet. The luscious liquid finds its unique honey and spicy notes through its journey from bourbon and sherry casks to a selective finish in Cognac casks. Bursting in sweet and fruity aromas.

  8. The Caol Ila distillery is one of Islay's hidden gems, lurking in a remote cove near Port Askaig. It is beautifully balanced and as peaty as you'd expect from an Islay Malt, with the iconic Caol Ila smoke.
  9. Matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks, this is a well balanced, gently smokey expression of Islay single malt. Wonderfully complex with an outstanding, long and pleasant finish. Beautiful colour, light Smokeyness with a deep thick sweetness. Amazing long, deep finish.

  11. Bunnahabhain is not a heavily peated malt, it embodies the more gentle side of Islay, making it an approachable dram with just a touch of smokiness.

  12. Under the powerful smoky aromas of this most noble of Islay whiskies, is a depth that comes from 16 years in cask. A core of iodine gives way to broad mouthfilling oak flavours, lengthy and complex - this is real class.
