  1. Fresh green apples, toffee and a hint of nuttiness. This is the taste of distilling slower than anyone else in Scotland, of barley we dry by air – never peat – and of hand-selected sherry casks crafted from European and American oak. On the nose sweet, with toffee and popcorn aromas. Slightly nutty, with fresh green apples. To taste, green apples, grass, soft oak and a hint of sweet liquorice. Add a drop of water and discover notes of linseed oil and almonds.

  6. A rich, heavily fruity nose (Christmas cake, dates) and palate that has elements of dark chocolate and oak notes, in particular a clove & pepper spice. At 60% this is still a very drinkable dram, but it really opens up and excels with a couple of drops of water. A whisky to be played and experimented with, this is a brilliant introduction to the world of cask-strength whiskies.
    $112.95 Bottle

  8. Introducing Aberlour 14, a new individual batch release that combines the makers careful craft with a deep understanding and respect for the natural maturation process. This approach retains the inherent character of the finest ingredients; imparting soft and gentle hints of blackcurrant and a rich creamy finish. It’s the perfect balance of nature and nurture; rich and spicy yet subtle and elegant.
  9. As the flagship Port Charlotte, this first permanent release of Port Charlotte 10-year-old showcases the elegance and smoky barbecue qualities of the spirit. A new bespoke green glass bottle is a nod to the traditional heavily-peated malts of “Islay”, but unlike many is conceived, distilled, matured and bottled on Islay.
  10. Believed to be the world’s first commercial batch of Manuka smoked whisky, this single malt is made from barley grown in the South Island and kilned using New Zealand Manuka wood.
  11. The high ratio of first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak casks selected to create our 18 Year Old give it a unique flavour profile of bursting overripe cherries, bitter dark chocolate, sweet marzipan, floral heather honey, and aromatic peat smoke.
  12. Distinctly confidant liquorice-bourbon notes with near perfect bitter-sweet balance, burnt honeycomb and toffee also abound, Outstanding richness and sheen to the enormous barley-oak sweetness, again there is a big bourbony cut to the cloth with all the liquorice and molassed sugar normally associated, but the barley adds that extra dimension.
