  1. The Glenfiddich 15 year old was matured using a Solera system more common in Sherry maturation. Matured in a combination of Sherry, Bourbon and Oak casks, then married together in a Solera Vat which is kept at least half full. The result is a harmonious whisky that gets richer and more complex every year.
  2. Golden in colour with gentle flavours of butterscotch and orchard fruits, the Glen Grant 10 year old is easy on the palate and nose, and remains a tasty and reliable single malt. Ideal for those beginning their journey into the world of single malts.

Over the course of 18 years our Master Distiller, Alan Winchester, takes this expression through a combination of cask types, including both first and second-fill American oak (for tropical fruitiness) and ex-sherry oak (for spicy complexity). The result of this deft navigation of the distilling arts is a gorgeous single malt that is complex, yet elegant and balanced.
