It's the king of spirits, really. Whether you like single malt or blends, Highland or Lowland, whisky or whiskey, we have a pretty exceptional range available. Scotch is the most famous, of course, but we stock all kinds of bourbon, as well as Irish whiskey, rye whiskey and blended whiskeys. Smoky, peaty whisky has always been Scotland's specialty, but if you want to try something new - in fact, singularly unique! - Thomson is producing the world's first Manuka smoked whisky.

  1. Part of the core range, Deanston Virgin Oak Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky embodies the true spirit and taste of Deanston. A delightfully sweet taste, evoking memories of candied fruits and vanilla toffee, balanced with heather honey and a lightly spiced, oaky finish.
    $86.95 Each
  2. Ledaig Rioja Finish is ruby red in colour and perfectly balances peat smoke with sweet, fruity Rioja. Like all Ledaig single malts, this is non-chill filtered and natural colour.
    $99.95 Each
  3. This delicious finely crafted non-alcoholic liquor is inspired by the classic flavours of a southern-style Bourbon. Enjoy aromas that are sweetly woody with chocolate, orange, and warm aromatic notes.
    $48.95 Each
  4. The Single Malt Scotch whisky was elevated through maturation in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, red wine and virgin oak casks. With a deep chestnut hue, a lively nose and a punchy palate, expect a dram that captivates the senses.
    $148.95 Each
  5. The One and Only New Orleans Original. Sazerac Rye Whiskey symbolizes the tradition and history of New Orleans. Rye Whiskey dates back to the 1800’s, around the time when saloons, veiled as Coffee Houses, began lining the streets of New Orleans. It was at the Sazerac Coffee House on Royal Street where local patrons were served toddies made with Rye Whiskey and Peychaud’s Bitters. The libation became known as the “Sazerac” and America’s first branded cocktail was born. This is the whiskey that started it all.
    $78.95 Each
