It's the king of spirits, really. Whether you like single malt or blends, Highland or Lowland, whisky or whiskey, we have a pretty exceptional range available. Scotch is the most famous, of course, but we stock all kinds of bourbon, as well as Irish whiskey, rye whiskey and blended whiskeys. Smoky, peaty whisky has always been Scotland's specialty, but if you want to try something new - in fact, singularly unique! - Thomson is producing the world's first Manuka smoked whisky.

  1. Jim Beam White Label has been made to the same formula since 1795. It undergoes distillation at lower temperatures and is distilled to no more than 62.5%, and aged for 4 years in oak barrels to create a smooth and mellow flavour.
    $26.95 Bottle
  2. Traditional Maryland-Style Rye Whiskey. Candied dried orange peel with notes of clove and nutmeg. Lingering hints of walnut and brown sugar to finish.
    $84.95 Bottle
  3. A single malt whisky made from carefully-chosen peated malt, distilled in the natural environment of Tottori and aged in selected casks. This whisky evokes a mellow, fruity sweetness, with a smoky, peaty finish. This masterpiece, carefully crafted with heart and passion, is cut to proof with high-quality natural spring water from Mt. Daisen.
    $106.95 Bottle
  4. Smooth and elegant Cotswolds Reserve Single Malt Whisky is hand crafted in small batches using 100% locally grown, floor malted Cotswold barley. This expression showcases the influence of our first-fill ex-Bourbon casks which provide classic notes of vanilla, honey, butterscotch and a hint of coconut, resulting in a truly smooth and well-balanced dram. A touch of whisky from our wonderful STR ex-red wine casks has been blended in to enhance the richness, fruitiness and sweetness of this remarkable whisky.
    $109.95 Bottle
  5. Jura 18YO 44% 700ml

700ml - NZ Spirits Awards 2022 Double Gold Medal Winner

Matured for eighteen long years in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels, this whisky is then beautifully enriched by superior Premier Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux red wine barriques from the South of France. The result is an incredibly rich and fruity whisky, with flavours of cooked raspberries, warm spice, rich caramel and crème anglaise.
    $168.95 Bottle
  6. Introducing rye whiskey made Jack’s way. Crafted with 70-percent rye grain bill, natural spring water from our own Cave Spring Hollow, and Jack’s time-honored charcoal mellowing process, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Rye is a whiskey that could only come from Lynchburg, Tennessee.
    $56.95 Bottle
  7. Discover an unconventional take on a classic Irish style of Whiskey. The first Whiskey to be distilled in Dublin in nearly 50 years, our Single Pot Still pays homage to a Dublin style made famous by the old, now closed, Dublin Whiskey Distilleries.
    $92.95 Bottle
  8. Matured in some of the finest Sherry casks available to the whisky industry, this single malt is both luxurious and elegant, with layers of rich sweet spice and oak.
    $123.95 Bottle
  9. This cask strength, peated expression of the Arran Single Malt perfectly captures the rugged beauty and lore of the landscape. Peat Level of 20 PPM. A muscular nose with wood smoke, unmistakable peat and fresh pineapple. Behind the growl there are more delicate notes of pear and lime.
    $114.95 Bottle
  10. Glen Scotia Double Cask whisky is a superb introduction to the Glen Scotia range for whisky explorers. With tastes of toffee and fudge, it’s a perfect demonstration that at Glen Scotia, age is no indication of character.
    $89.95 Bottle
  11. Carefully matured for over 10 years in warehouses, perched on the intense environs of the Ayrshire coast, of Scotland. Sea Cask is so-called because some of our warehouses are situated right by the sea. This impacts the maturation process and delivers a smooth whisky with a hint of sea salt.
    $73.95 Bottle
  12. Further inland... These whiskies hero the use of highland peat and are therefore rich and smoky in character. Aerstone showcases two distinctive styles of single malt scotch whisky which are clearly defined by their taste profile on the bottle and pack.
