It's the king of spirits, really. Whether you like single malt or blends, Highland or Lowland, whisky or whiskey, we have a pretty exceptional range available. Scotch is the most famous, of course, but we stock all kinds of bourbon, as well as Irish whiskey, rye whiskey and blended whiskeys. Smoky, peaty whisky has always been Scotland's specialty, but if you want to try something new - in fact, singularly unique! - Thomson is producing the world's first Manuka smoked whisky.

  1. Small batch bourbon whiskey, aged in new oak barrels, as all bourbon has to be.
    $48.95 Bottle

    special $44.95

  2. An innovative approach to twice-barreled bourbon creates the rich and colorful flavor of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Uniquely matured in separate, charred oak barrels – the second barrel deeply toasted before a light charring – extracts additional amounts of soft, sweet oak character.
  3. Aromas of fruit, vanilla and caramel. Flavours of toasted nuts, fruit and vanilla, silky smooth texture, and a sweet medium-long finish.
  4. Rich caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruit notes, smoky depth, with an oak finish.
  5. The ten year old Edradour is handmade and one of the last Single Malt Whiskies from a traditional farm distillery still in production today. The methods of production remain virtually unchanged in the last 150 years and are only just capable of commercial quantities.
    $88.95 Bottle
  6. Matured in a combination of the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for a minimum of 21 years, the ‘Parliament’ continues the great GlenDronach tradition of offering fruit-laden intensity in its single malts.

  7. Named after the most spectacular beach on Islay, Machir Bay is the flagship of the Kilchoman range. Machir Bay is a unique and complex combination of ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts.
    $89.95 Bottle
  8. Ardbeg Corryvreckan takes its name from the famous whirlpool that lies to the north of Islay, where only the bravest souls dare to venture. Swirling aromas and torrents of deep, peaty, peppery taste lurk beneath the surface of this beautifully balanced dram.
  9. 12-year-old edition, always bottled at cask strength, is a wonderfully balanced dram that boasts a smooth buttery body and rich fruity palate. Add a drop of water to release milk chocolate and vanilla notes.

  10. Selected to represent all the excellent aspects of glorious Highland whisky, namely their elegance, complexity and dry, smoky notes, the Macleod's Highland single malt Scotch whisky is the perfect whisky to introduce someone to Highlands whisky with.
    $51.95 Bottle
  11. Sanaig, a small rocky inlet located north of the distillery and is the name given to the latest addition to the Kilchoman core range. Sanaig has a prodominantly Oloroso sherry cask influence. These aged Oloroso casks contribute a drastically transformed depth of colour and character compared to the mostly Bourbon cask matured Machir Bay.
  12. Johnnie Walker Blue Label is incomparably rich and smoky, with velvety smooth breaking waves of powerful flavour.
    $239.95 Bottle
