'Spirits' (AKA 'hard liquor') is the term for all distilled alcohol - in fact, the name 'spirit' came from alchemists who believed the vapor of distillation was a 'spirit' of the original material. Technically 'spirits' and 'liqueurs' are different - spirits have no added sugar, while liqueurs do - but they tend to be lumped together. Virtually all known spirits were used as health tonics or elixirs at some point in history, but transmuted into good fun drinks over time. Many countries have their 'national' drink - gin, whisky, schnapps, grappa, ouzo, soju, vodka, rakia/rakija...there's quite a list. Experiments began with sugars and flavours - resulting in limoncello, cynar, Benedictine...that's an even longer list.
  1. A classic co-lab from back in our early days that lives as Negroni Gin is relaunched as the heartbreaker Romeo. Lovestruck and impulsive, this gin is a blend of strong citrus tones and a underlying layer of bitterness and smoke. Built for cocktails, this gin lends a smooth tone to the bitterness of Negronis and a smooth citrus finish to other classics.
    $79.95 Each
  2. Coppery amber coloring, Walnuts, plums, hazelnuts and liquorice accompany the sweetness of malty flavors and the lightness of a vanilla woodiness. The attack reveals flavors of sourdough, cocoa, and fresh figs. The profile then becomes more complex with notes of kirsch cherries, red fruits, and candied oranges. Sweetness and indulgence blend within a beautiful roundness.
    $117.95 Each
  3. This 100% Blue Weber Organic Blanco Tequila has the frolicsome sweetness of cooked agave, notes of honey sure to make a beehive jealous and a comforting hint of citrus. It’s as smooth as it is delicious, going down so easy you may need another sip to make sure you catch it.
    $119.95 Each
  4. This 100% Organic Agave Añejo Tequila is welcomed to overstay, resting and "relaxing" in American Oak Whisky Barrels for 15 months bringing notes of vanilla, a sweet dance of butterscotch with brown sugar, and a super comfortable well-worn velvety finish.
    $137.95 Each
  5. 100% Organic Agave Reposado Tequila isn’t just aged longer than most other tequilas, it's "relaxed" in American Oak Whisky Barrels and after 9 months a smooth sipper of a reposado tequila is born. Complete with notes of cooked agave, vanilla, and a hospitable hint of oak.
    $129.95 Each
  6. Crafted in the heart of Normandy, Le Breuil Single Malt Origine is a testament to Château du Breuil’s expertise in fine spirits. Aged in carefully selected oak casks, this whisky delivers a harmonious balance between malt richness and refined elegance.
    $104.95 Each
  7. Fruit juice in soju is becoming more popular, and Jinro Grapefruit has fresh flavor and taste that everyone can enjoy. Jinro Grapefruit can be enjoyed by everyone, thanks to a perfect blend of grapefruit and soju.
    $8.25 Bottle
  8. This junmai-shu is brewed using the same dewasanzan and yamada-nishiki rice grains as Nakano’s signature junmai-shu, which gives the sake the same delicate balance of umami, tartness and fruity notes.
    $42.95 Bottle
  9. Delicately distilled eight times by a master distiller using only sugarcane and pristine New Zealand spring water, this vodka is show-stoppingly smooth and delicious. Fresh and sustainable sugarcane was chosen to craft a spirit full of life’s natural sweetness, grown with the same warmth and sweetness Burnt Hill wish to propagate to the world. The byproduct of sugarcane is used to fuel the refining process, after which the remaining product is made into sustainable building and packaging materials for a minute carbon footprint.
    $62.95 Bottle
  10. The Aperitivo Cappelletti, endearingly known to locals as just “Specialino”, may be the oldest style of the classic red bitter still in production. Unlike its larger commercial rivals, Cappelletti is less sweet and has a wonderful drying finish. This yields a Negroni or Spritz that is dry and refreshing in the finish. It is made just outside of Trento in Alto Adige by the Cappelletti family, who also produce a number of other exceptional aperitivi and Amari.
    $35.95 Bottle
  11. Nakano Ume is made 100% with local Nanko-ume grown in Wakayama, a region known for its ume. The origin of our company's flavorful umeshu is found in this product.
    $39.95 Bottle

  12. Flavoured Chum Churum Soju is widely popular in Korea. This brand is the original product that started the fruit flavoured soju popularity. With mild alcohol content of 12%, it is much easier to drink with just the right amount of Apple flavour and sweetness.
