  3. Leonor by Antonio Flores is described as the wild child of Jerez. Due to its mysterious ageing process it could be described as similar to an Amontillado on the nose and similar to an Oloroso on the palate. Leonor shows a light mahogany colour with golden tones and slightly orange rim.
  4. Apostoles is dark amber in colour. It is an interesting wine with an elegant and delicate nose similar to an Amontillado with notes of concentrated fruits. However complex and intense on the palate with notes of caramel, mature wood, nuts and candied orange peel.
  5. Matusalem after 30 years in cask has acquired an intense mahogany colour with profound aromas of dried fruits, raisins, spices and mature wood, as well as leather and cocoa. On the palate smooth and sweet, long and velvety. Matusalem has an interesting bitter sweet finish due to its mix of the sweet Pedro Ximénez and bitter tannins from the oak.
  6. A rich concentrated dessert wine with the distinctive flavour of the Moscatel grape. Smooth and mellow with a very clean aftertaste.
  7. Pale straw colour, dry, light and smooth. This Fino is laced with scents of the sea and profound flor aromas. Clean and fresh, with a slight taste of tangy yeast.
  8. Dark mahogany in colour with green-amber edge. It offers vibrant notes of maple syrup, brown sugar, shoe polish, raisin and chocolate beer nuts, all very well integrated. On the palate it is smooth and rich at the beginning, full of prune and burned oranges peel flavours. Provocative spicy notes appear just before its nuttiness and terrific acidity cuts through the sweetness. A truly unforgettable finish.
  9. Dark bronze in colour with golden rim. Pungent nutty aromas and smoky wood background in the nose. Rich flavours of bitter chocolate, walnuts and baked chestnuts. This Oloroso wine has an intense, concentrated aftertaste, lightened by a tangy acidity.
  10. This dry Amontillado acquires a genuine, rich and nutty flavour through years of ageing. Amber in colour, with hazelnut aromas on the nose. Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste.
  11. NZ made fortified wine. Golden in colour, toffee and nut aromas sit alongside flavours of maple syrup, walnut and orange peel.
  12. Dark gold in colour, with aromas of dried fruits and pipe tobacco. Very concentrated, with a powerful intensity on the palate and a slightly sweet finish, found in the oldest soleras of Oloroso sherries.
