From the most prestigious wines on the planet to the wallet-friendliest of table wines, we have it all at Moore Wilson's. Bargain international varietals from producers such as Trapiche rub shoulders with the legendary Penfolds marques, and we are confident there's a red for everyone here. And of course, we have a huge selection of New Zealand wines - and not just Pinot Noir! There's Syrah from Gimblett Gravels, Merlot from Hawkes Bay, and plenty of offerings from our local Martinborough wineries. Naturally, our range of French reds is extensive - and there's always plenty of Australian wine on offer. Though if there's something you're looking for and can't find, get in touch and we will see what we can do.

  1. Rich, luscious Sparkling Shiraz displaying sweet, dark fruits, baking spice and earthy savoury notes.
  2. There is more to Portugal than the Douro valley - and this red from Dao delivers a really interesting combination of dense berry fruit flavours and dusty tannin texture. A lot going on in the glass for a very reasonable price

  3. Te Taha Edge Pinot Noir

    2015 *CANCELLED EXPORT ORDER*

Escarpment's Larry McKenna is somewhat of a Legend in Martinborough Pinot Noir circles. This parcel of the export label of his 'The Edge' Pinot Noir has come to us at a fantastic price.
    $19.90 Bottle

    special $14.95

  4. Medium-bodied, the palate is light-medium bodied with light flavours of savoury red berry fruit intermixed with cooler spectrum herb and leaf notes.
  5. If this grape isn't on your radar, it should be. Sicily's most important red varietal. Full bodied, rich wine with smooth tannins. Delicious plum and earthy blackberry flavours.
  6. Craggy Range Pinot Noir 'Aroha'

    2015 Te Muna Road Vineyard

Bright dark cherry colour. Beautifully lifted nose of dark rose, spiced red fruits, fresh bark and tar. Elegantly composed on the palate with lovely fruit density carried long by fine acidity and velvet like tannins slowly unfolding for a long and dry finish.
  7. Depth and intensity are kings here. Intoxicating aromas of sweetly spiced plums, wild strawberries and toasted crushed herbs. Astounding complexity in every sip. Black pepper and liquorice linger in the background alongside a perfumed sophistication.
  8. Rich, smooth and velvety; very approachable and versatile with food. This is Masi's original Supervenetian from 1964 - recognised internationally as the creator of a new category for wines from the Veneto inspired by the technique of making Amarone.
  9. Outstanding value for money, this Malbec has plenty of berry fruit flavours and enough depth to stand up to the robust flavours of your next 'Asado' (that's Argentine for BBQ!)
  10. Iconic Martinborough Pinot Noir.
    $90.95 Bottle
  11. Biodynamically produced, Fantastic punchy red with deep red berry fruit aromas, and a touch of sweet spice. Well integrated tannins add structure to the wine which finishes long and fruity.
  12. Farnese Fantini Edizione Cinque Autoctoni

    Edizione #16 multi-region blend

This bold yet elegant red is made from 5 (cinque) different grape vaieties from two different regions, sometimes blended from multiple vintages, so the number on the bottle isn't the vintage, its the 'edizione'
