  5. Pale-salmon in colour, this dry Rosé has aromas of peach, strawberry and pear. Initial flavours of ripe strawberry unfold into crunchy red apple and pink grapefruit leading into a crisp refreshing finish.
  6. As with every vintage, this wine is a reflection of the year's weather and climate. 2008 ended wonderfully with the grapes maturing in ideal conditions.

Their love story began when Gwen married Tom in 1931, the same time the Church Road winery was beginning to grow under Tom’s management.
  12. The 2016 Huia Rose displays an excellent fine bead and good bubble retention. The nose shows strawberry and cherry along with lovely fresh baked bread characters. Light strawberry and cherry fruit retain freshness on the palate. This wine has a creamy fresh dry finish.
