  6. Pure, crisp and dry wine with a fine minerality and delicacy of structure. Pear, quince and peach flavours dominate.
  7. With aromas of stone fruit and summer meadow; clover, wild flowers and bush honey, this dry Pinot Gris is crafted using fruit picked at optimum ripeness and is wild fermented by naturally-ocurring micro-flora.
  8. Beautiful complex aromas greet the nose with brioche, crème brulée, rock melon and honeycomb, followed by stone fruit, ripe pears, mango and quince. The palate is classic Dry River Pinot Gris, transparent, dense with a broad ‘gourmand’ mouthfeel and a light acidity to balance out some sweetness.
  9. Crunchy pear, elderflower, lemon zest and vanilla bean on the nose with more citrus notes to follow on the palate. White blossom and refined stone fruit on the front palate leads to an finely textured mid palate that finishes long and fresh.
  10. An orange-brick colour with aromas of dried pear and pear-drop lollies. The palate shows off whole bunch characteristics with plenty of punch here at the finish.

This Lighter Pinot Gris displays attractive floral aromas of white flowers and spring blossoms. The soft textural palate has flavours of pear and hints of exotic spices.
