  2. A brightly aromatic lemon-lime-mandarin citrus medley with notes of red delicious apple, honeydew melon and a tarragon-like herbal edge. A lively off-dry style that delivers a ying-yang balance of bright, natural acidity and a subliminal touch of sweetness – finishing with a delicious quinine-like citrus tang.
    $30.95 Each
  3. Pale green gold with silver streaks. Delicate notes of apple blossom, nectarine, honeysuckle, lime zest - with mineral undertones. On the palate -intense lime, zesty mandarin and ripe red apple. Bright acidity brings freshness and balances with generous fruit sweetness. These two aspects are accentuated by the natural spritz retained from fermentation which provides lift in the mid-palate. Th reprise is long and lingering with a satisfyingly crisp clensing texture.
    $29.95 Each
  4. Medium-dry riesling with lime, white flowers and a suggestion of oyster shell. There’s a perfect blend of sweetness with fruity acidity which gives the wine tension.
    $27.95 Each
  5. A ripe and spicy nose of cardamom, candied apricot and peach. A very rich and unique wine thanks to the climate.
    $18.95 Each
  6. Waxy honeydew and citrus on the nose, with light florals and a slightly autolytic/bready quality. Impeccably balanced on the palate, showing Takahiro Koyama’s influence from his time working in the Mosel in Germany, with a precisely-judged acid line cutting through the white-fleshed fruit character. A delicate, subtly off-dry expression with length and depth. Good drinking now, and will cellar well for 5 years. From vines planted in 2004 on gravelley and sandy soil. After being carefully hand harvested from a Gravel Soil vineyard in Waipara Valley, grapes were gently pressed and slowly fermented at low temperature to preserve the sweet, distinctive, precious aroma of Riesling.
    $34.95 Each
  7. A warm & productive summer put plenty of flesh on this wine. The fruit is issued from Rippon’s mature vines, whose root hairs have invaded the schist rock below. Lurking towards the end of the first mouthful is substantial phenolic power and it soon starts to take charge of the wine… and give it its sense of place
    $41.95 Each
  8. This medium dry Riesling has lifted floral and hazelnut aromas along with typical varietal notes of lime, lemon zest and flint. An elegant finish which lingers with hints of sweet red apple.
    $31.95 Bottle
  9. Pretty aromatics of jasmine and lime sorbet leading to a palate with mandarin, florals and a brilliant rush of lively acidity.
    $28.95 Bottle
