  3. Zesty, lively and balanced, our single vineyard limited release 2021 Polish Hill River Riesling is an exceptional Riesling, consistently winning awards year after year. With aromas of fresh lime and citrus along with flavours of lemon zest, kaffir lime and interwoven fine minerality and wet slate nuances finishing with crisp dry finish. This is another exceptional Clare Valley Riesling with excellent flavour, purity and balance.
  4. The dry counterpart to Dr. L Riesling, this wine is produced with the same exacting quality standards. Because it is dry, but still beautifully fruity, this wine works with a different range of foods than the regular Dr. L Riesling, making the pair of wines extremely versatile. Dr. L dry embodies the elegant and racy style of Riesling from the slate-soil vineyards of the Mosel valley.
  5. The Treppchen Kabinett always stands out as a young wine, with its precocious red fruits and dense minerality from the red slate soil. This wine benefits greatly from a few years in the bottle.
  6. Semi dry in taste there is a unique calcified character, which is sometimes seen in classic Rieslings from the old world. The fine acidity helps harmonise the phenolics and fruit sweetness. Produced organically.
  7. This medium dry Riesling has lifted floral and hazelnut aromas along with typical varietal notes of lime, lemon zest and flint. An elegant finish which lingers with hints of sweet red apple.
  8. Notes of aromatic fresh limes, spicy ginger and spring florals. The palate is crisp, full of wonderful fruit concentration. The finish is mouth-watering with a hint of natural sweetness.
  9. Pretty aromatics of jasmine and lime sorbet leading to a palate with mandarin, florals and a brilliant rush of lively acidity.
  10. Forrest Estate Riesling

Kiwi-style Riesling -a delicate off dry wine made in a deliciously juicy fruit driven style. Very pure, citrus/lime and subtle stone-fruit flavours. Intense, concentrated and harmonious with that perfect balance of ripe fruit sweetness, fresh acidity, drying minerality and long long finish.
  11. A brightly aromatic lemon-lime-mandarin citrus medley with notes of red delicious apple, honeydew melon and a tarragon-like herbal edge. A lively off-dry style that delivers a ying-yang balance of bright, natural acidity and a subliminal touch of sweetness – finishing with a delicious quinine-like citrus tang.
  12. Vibrant aromas of lemon grass, lime, ginger, honeysuckle and a touch of lavender. The palate is luscious and succulent with great intensity balanced by lovely focused acidity.
