Blackcurrant, guava and passionfruit are captured alongside the subtlest hint of oyster-shell. This wine is focused and explosive on both nose and palate yet remains elegantly balanced and distinctly salty.

  6. Made from the slopes of the Loire Valley, this Sauvignon Blanc take advantage of 10th generation of winemaking experience of our family. Very aromatic with pleasant flower and fruit fragrances recalling the flower of the vine and the fruit of the Sauvignon. On the palate it reveals a freshness and vivacity characteristical of grapes harvested at good maturity.

This light and vibrant wine displays aromas of zesty limes, crisp herbs and fresh snow peas. The juicy palate is balanced and has flavours of passionfruit and grapefruit, with a hint of jalapeño and lemongrass on the finish.

  12. This wine shows an array of fruit characters, ranging from citrus through to tropical notes. This is complemented by some secondary characters from the natural yeast ferments and also some barrel aging. The palate has an elegant structure with a creamy, textural mid-palate and a long finish.
