New Zealand is most famous on the world wine stage for Sauvignon Blanc, and with good reason. But here at Moore Wilson's we hunt out the best of all the white varieties from local producers, and spice it up with some international contenders from excellent wineries. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris (AKA Pinot Grigio) are the ubiquitous names, but there's plenty more out there: semillon (seh-mi-yohn), viognier, riesling, gewurztraminer...

    Kiwi-style Riesling -a delicate off dry wine made in a deliciously juicy fruit driven style. Very pure, citrus/lime and subtle stone-fruit flavours. Intense, concentrated and harmonious with that perfect balance of ripe fruit sweetness, fresh acidity, drying minerality and long long finish.

  5. Typical gilded, brilliant, with green shades. In the mouth, we find the acid attack typical of Picpoul de Pinet accompanied by a beautiful structure, ample, pleasant, harmonious. The finish is long and exotic. A first pleasant and explosive nose, with aromas of fresh fruits with white flesh, and exotic fruits. Complex, it expresses notes of citrus, anise, linden, honeysuckle, acacia, and a slight minerality.

Typical aromas of ripe pear, quince and brioche lead onto a rich textured palate where whole bunch pressing and partial barrel fermentation has created complexity.
