Minimal winemaking using wild fermentation is designed for maximum expression of site and vintage. The result is a classic Bannockburn Pinot Noir possessing captivating perfume, with concentrated dark fruits, generous mouthfeel, velvety texture, wrapped in an abundance of supple tannins. Delivering superb quality this is an outstanding Pinot Noir worthy of enjoying now or cellaring.

On the palate smooth and sweet, long and velvety. Matusalem has an interesting bitter sweet finish due to its mix of the sweet Pedro Ximénez and bitter tannins from the oak.
