Moore Wilson’s is passionate about championing our home-grown produce and that extends to wine, beer, cider and spirits. New Zealand is developing a great reputation for spirits - Scapegrace and Lighthouse make very fine gin, and we have some up and coming vodka and whiskey producers too, including the very exciting Thomson Manuka Smoked Whisky.   2. Petit Chablis comes from the outlying areas of the Chablis appelation. Predominantly clay soils, unlike the chalky limestone of the vineyards in Chablis. This William Fevre Petit Chablis is fresh, fruity and floral with mineral notes. A light and lively wine.
