  1. Splendid colour, a deep ripe red with beautiful violet reflections. The nose reveals an elegant bouquet; ripe fruit stands out, such as strawberry and raspberry, helianthemums and balsamic touches of cedar. A fresh and full-bodied entrance with remarkable harmony that is rich with ripe fruit and a slight resinous touch. The slick, soft tannins reveal the degree of ripeness of the grapes of the Quinta de Ervamoira. A lasting aftertaste, harmonious and very persistent.

  2. Intense, with a very dense colour and delicate brownish reflections, characteristic of an evolution taking place in bottle. Appetising, fresh and alluring aroma, black plum, cassis, anise and tobacco notes and a slight touch of lavender. Creamy mouth, very aromatic, cocoa, cherry and pipe tobacco. It is refreshing without being heavy, good tannin structure and a long and aromatic finish. Today, it is a harmonious and elegant wine. Age gave it a fine delicacy, but it still can and should mature for long years.
    $129.95 Bottle
  3. A lovely almond colour in the glass, the nose reveals toasted coconut, fresh pear, and apple strudel aromas. Textured and dry, the wine has roasted almond flavours mingling with fresh thyme, wild fennel, and cinnamon. This multi-layered pinot gris is opulent yet clean and juicy with fresh acidity. Great balance and a waxy mouthfeel are complimented by a beautiful lemonade type texture.
    $19.95 Bottle
  4. A little bit special, this gin is inspired by the wasabi root that grows locally in Golden Bay. Unlike most wasabi (which is often coloured horseradish), real wasabi root does not have that same searing heat – but rather a clean, earthy finish that is perfectly suited to a navy strength gin.
    $79.95 Bottle
  5. A handmade 100% Agave Mezcal, distilled at the Gracias a Dios ‘Palenque,” or mezcal factory in Matatlan, Oaxaca, with the help of maestro mezcalero Oscar Hernandez. With a strong and aromatic flavour, these spirits are the result of a long quest to find the best mezcal.
    $99.95 Bottle
  6. This junmai-shu measures +17.8 on the Japanese sake scale making it super-dry at face value. However, it carries an umami that blooms in the mouth, giving the sake a gentler flavour profile. A sake that showcases both the true umami of rice, alongside a very clean finish.
    $59.95 Bottle
  7. Kubota Junmai Daiginjo Sake
    $58.95 Bottle
  8. Jozen Rock Sake
