There are hundreds of wines to choose from in the Moore Wilson’s range, and we go all the way up to some of the world’s rarest and finest examples - perfect gifts for your wine-buff friends, or take advantage of our everyday low prices to stock up your cellar. We have carefully a selected a few of these vinous treasures for the online store, and we’ll be adding more soon, so do check back, or visit us in store for a wider selection.

And of course, Wellington is New Zealand's craft beer capital, so we have a great selection from locals including Garage Project, PanheadTuatara, ParrotDog, and Emersons. We also stock a wide range of classics and international beers, including low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beer like Clausthaler and Moretti Zero.

New Zealand is developing a great reputation for spirits - Rogue Society and Lighthouse make very fine gin, and we have some up and coming vodka and whiskey producers too, including the very exciting Thomson Manuka Smoked Whisky. 1. The Original Reposado. Tequila Herradura introduced the world to Reposado in 1974 and has been setting the standard ever since. Aged 9 months longer than industry standards, Reposado has a rich amber color with notes of cooked agave, vanilla and butter. This additional time spent resting in charred American White Oak barrels creates a smooth, sweet finish with a slight taste of spice.
  2. Black fruit, soft spice, chocolate and a hint of coffee are all here. Firm yet silky tannins give a lingering finish. Enjoy with roasted or grilled red meat dishes.
  3. METAXA 5 Stars has a floral character, revealing notes of muscat and brioche.
  4. Herradura Silver owes its distinctly sweet taste of agave and subtle oak notes to resting for an impressive 45 days beyond the industry standard in American White Oak barrels. The prolonged aging process creates a light straw color with a unique, robust aroma of cooked agave, vanilla and wood that leaves your mouth feeling smooth and refreshed.
    $82.95 Bottle
  5. Classic aromas of spicy fruit cake, dark cherries and mocha spice.
  6. Such great value from the Penfolds stable. Ripe and juicy blackcurrant with hints of coffee and spice. Perfect for your entertaining needs.
    $15.95 Bottle
  7. This black raspberry liqueur is crafted in the province of Chambord, at the site of a real French château, with the finest ingredients. And some do say that it was inspired by French royalty’s chosen tipple when they visited the Loire Valley.
  8. A luscious fruit driven Marlborough Pinot Noir with good weight and a silky mouthfeel.
  9. Concentrated and full flavours of ripe dark berry fruits, spiced plums and an iron-earth core providing drive through the palate. The flavours unfold and develop complexing layers in the glass. The fruit sweetness and supple, plump tannins provide a harmonious, soft-grained texture and a rounded density to the wine. Earth, spice and liquorice notes feature on a sustained finish. Made from organic grapes.
    $41.95 Bottle
  10. Black fruit and dark plum aromas seamlessly blend with subtle spicy notes in this smooth and silky Hawkes Bay Merlot. On the palate flavours of blackberry, cassis and hints of cocoa are balanced with fine tannins leading to a dry and richly textured finish.
  11. Nestled high above the rich fields of blue agave in Oaxaca, Mexico lies an ancient civilization that gave us wondrous art, architecture and, of course, the world’s best tequila. Today, Destiladora Gonzalez carries on the grand tradition with Monte Alban Silver and Reposado 100% agave Tequilas.
  12. This remarkably developed and complex medium-aged rum has a distinctive delicate taste and is aged for a minimum of 5 years in bourbon oak barrels.
