  3. Over at Bach we've been on the hops again... saluting our Stone Age ancestors. It seems that beer has been a social refreshment since the dawn of civilisation c. 13,000 years ago. And thankfully hops were used from the Middle Ages. Our latest Hazy IPA is loaded with Nectaron, Motueka, Citra and Mosaic hops.

  6. Introducing the Nectaron hop from NZ Hops, bringing intense tropical fruit aromas to the party. This NZ IPA has been hopped at multiple stages through its brewing journey, mellow out all that hoppy goodness with the toastiness of NZ Ale Malt and Cassels’ House Ale Strain and the result is the almighty brew you could soon have in your hand.
    $20.95 Each
  7. A tribute to the Orange wines of Northern Italy. A short, sharp maceration on Pinot Gris skins from Wairarapa natural wine legend Lance (Cambridge Road). This one went quick and we had it in bottle within a couple of weeks of pressing. Six months later and it's ready to fly. A rich and textural pét nat cider with a deep orange hue and oodles of complexity. Vinous in nature with a broad fruit spectrum ranging from finger lime to table grape.
    $21.95 Each
  8. Aromas of bittersweet chocolate, dried fruits, and bold coffee-and-cream flavours balanced by soft roasted-malt bitterness. Awarded World’s Best Milk Stout in the 2020 & 2022 World Beer Awards and World’s Best Stout & Porter at the 2019 World Beer Awards.
    $20.95 Each
  9. A flavour unique to Aotearoa and the world's first Feijoa Pét Nat! Mineral driven and refreshing with a rounded puckering acidity and light sparkles.
    $21.95 Each
  10. Does what it says on the tin, mate! Everything you like from a hazy: full flavour, juicy, and all of those delicious tropical notes from dry hopping, without too much bitter.
    $24.95 Each
  11. Ume is a fruit synonymous with Japanese blossom season and thanks to Neville from NZ Yuzu we've had the pleasure of working with Organic Certified Ume grown a stones throw away in the Horowhenua. Umeko is the result. A six week maceration to extract all aspects of the Ume followed by six months of bottle conditioning to round out the acidity and texture. The result is complex and progressive - unlike anything we've produced so far. Tasting notes do it no justice so you'll have to open a bottle and see for yourself.
    $21.95 Each
  12. Super Alpha is a hoppy refreshing pacific pale ale that uses the crisp tartness of wheat malt and a blast of fruity New Zealand hops to create a crisp refreshing beer. Initially designed by Head Brewer Kieran Haslett-Moore to wash the taste of sea water from his mouth after hauling in his crab pot, Super Alpha takes it’s name from an unusual variety of New Zealand hop that gives the beer its trademark lemon grass character. The ultimate end to a summer’s day.
    $28.95 Each
