  1. Amber in colour, with fragrant nutty aromas, this medium-dry Palomino offers amazing depth at a great price. Great with pate and cured meats.
  2. Fresh, dry, with a powerful depth that makes this the perfect partner to seafood and tapas. Drink this well chilled and don't let it gather dust at the back of the drinks cabinet - these fresh zippy flavours will dull with time. Amazing value, and if you like this, you should try it's bigger brother Tio Pepe!
  3. Nectar seems such an appropriate name for this wine, given its raisiny mouth-coating sweetness and treacly texture. Classic Pedro Ximenez Sherry at a great price!
  4. Tio Pepe Fino has a distinctive, clean aroma and is bone dry with a savoury character. Regarded by many as the benchmark for quality Fino Sherry
  5. Bone dry with crisp nutty green apple, this Manzanilla (pronounced man-than-ee-ya) is best served the way the Spanish have it: well chilled with some manchego cheese, cured meats and fresh anchovies.
  6. Brilliant when chilled, over ice cream, over peaches, in a veal stew or just by itself. Like you’re drinking Christmas cake.
  7. This rich sweet style is easy to drink (maybe too easy!) with lovely nutty depth and a creamy finish. More popular outside of Spain - especially in the UK. The Sweetness is added after the fermentation, in the form of sweet PX grape must.
  8. Dark gold in colour, with aromas of dried fruits and pipe tobacco. Very concentrated, with a powerful intensity on the palate and a slightly sweet finish, found in the oldest soleras of Oloroso sherries.
  9. Tio Pepe is produced from the Palomino Fino grape variety grown in the chalky ‘albariza’ soil of Jerez. The unique ageing system of Solera and Criaderas contributes to its remarkably consistent quality

  10. This dry Amontillado acquires a genuine, rich and nutty flavour through years of ageing. Amber in colour, with hazelnut aromas on the nose. Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste.
  11. Dark bronze in colour with golden rim. Pungent nutty aromas and smoky wood background in the nose. Rich flavours of bitter chocolate, walnuts and baked chestnuts. This Oloroso wine has an intense, concentrated aftertaste, lightened by a tangy acidity.
  12. Dark mahogany in colour with green-amber edge. It offers vibrant notes of maple syrup, brown sugar, shoe polish, raisin and chocolate beer nuts, all very well integrated. On the palate it is smooth and rich at the beginning, full of prune and burned oranges peel flavours. Provocative spicy notes appear just before its nuttiness and terrific acidity cuts through the sweetness. A truly unforgettable finish.
