  1. Nectar seems such an appropriate name for this wine, given its raisiny mouth-coating sweetness and treacly texture. Classic Pedro Ximenez Sherry at a great price!
  2. Brilliant when chilled, over ice cream, over peaches, in a veal stew or just by itself. Like you’re drinking Christmas cake.
  3. Noé shows an intense ebony colour, nearly opaque with dense legs due to the sugar content. On the nose aromas of mature fruit such as figs, coffee and spice. On the palate sweet and silky with as surprising freshness.
  4. Dark mahogany color with iodine reflections. Clean and intense, typical of the variety. Aromas of raisins and ripe fruits.
  5. Known for its deep golden chestnutty and amber tones, the nose is full, fragrant, pungent and elegant all at once. On the palate Bristol Cream delivers a full bodied experience with rich yet mellow notes leaving a long lasting and velvety finish.
  6. A very rich, thick and sumptuous dessert sherry from Barbadillo. This has a rich prune, raisin flavour and goes superbly well with rich desserts.
  7. These wines began their life as Manzanillas and then the flor was allowed to die away so they continued their maturation with exposure to the air in the barrel. Therefore the wine has a deep topaz colour with roasted almond character yet retains the characteristic tangy flavour of Manzanilla. This wine has been slightly sweetened with Pedro Ximenez to give it a raisined edge. This wine has a beautiful amber colour, a rich hazelnut nose and hints of flor ageing. On the palate it is rich and full with roast apple, nutty-oak and a long finish.
