INGREDIENTS
60ml Moore Wilson's X Southward Distilling Basil Smash Gin
10ml White Balsamic Vinegar
10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle one tomato in base of shaker. Add 60ml Moore Wilson’s X Southward Distilling Basil Smash gin, 10ml white balsamic vinegar, 10 ml lemon juice , 10ml simple syrup and shake with ice. Strain the tomatini through a fine mesh sieve into a chilled glass. Sprinkle black pepper and drizzle of good olive oil on top. Garnish with green olive and cherry tomato.
