INGREDIENTS
200g fresh NZ Cheese, choose from: labneh, ricotta, creme fraiche or cream cheese
100g Kapiti Kahuranghi Creamy Blue
a few leaves of flat leaf parsley
2 good pinches of freshly gorund black pepper or Aleppo pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
Put a fresh cheese in a bowl, crumble in the blue cheese and mix with a fork.
Spread into a dish and top with a frew parsley leaves and spinkle with pepper.
Wine Match: Serves well with Wither Hills Marlbourough Sauvignon Blanc. Its bright acidity and citrus notes cut through the creaminess of the cheee and balanced the strong blue flavour. Shop now
