Burrata and Oranges

INGREDIENTS

2-3 orangez, very finely sliced
1 small shallot, very finely sliced
Massimo's Burrata
extra virign olive oil, for drizzling
Aleppo pepper flakes, for sprinkling
a few leaves of flat leaf parsely, mint or coriander

INSTRUCTIONS

Put a fresh cheese in a bowl, crumble in the blue cheese and mix with a fork.

Spread into a dish and top with a frew parsley leaves and spinkle with pepper.

Wine Match: Serves well with Wither Hills Marlbourough Sauvignon Blanc. Its bright acidity and citrus notes cut through the creaminess of the cheee and balanced the strong blue flavour. Shop now

TIPS

A brilliant combinaton of simple flavours that work wonderfully together. As tomatoes come into season you can swap out the oranges for different coloured tomatoes. A mandoline is helpful to finely slice the oranges and shallot - delicate slices are particularly good with the creamy cheese.
