Fix & Fogg Smooth Satay Noodles

 

 

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp sriracha
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 cup of water or as necessary
1 serving of Udon noodles

INSTRUCTIONS

Method:

  1. Add 1 serving of cooked noodles to a bowl
  2. Generously pour peanut sauce all over the noodles
  3. Top with 1 big spoonful of kimchi, 1 tbsp of edamame and peanuts
  4. Layer 5-6 slices of pickled cucumber
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and spring onion
  6. Add chilli oil to your liking
