Fix & Fogg
2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup Fix & Fogg Smoke & Fire peanut butter
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 can of chickpeas, rinsed
Crushed roasted peanuts
In a food processor, combine the olive oil, crushed garlic, F&F Smoke and Fire peanut butter, lemon juice, cumin and salt. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
Rinse the chickpeas well under cold water and add to the food processor with the smoke and fire mixture. Process until just combined, stopping to scrape down the sides occasionally. Slowly add cold water to the mixture as the food processor is running until the hummus is smooth.
Taste and adjust salt and lemon if needed.
Top with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of paprika, roasted peanuts and roasted chickpeas.
Serve with pita chips, carrot sticks and cucumber rounds. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
